Providing care for a friend or a loved one who is living with chronic or terminal medical conditions is a challenging responsibility. The daily demands of caregiving may be physical, emotional, financially draining, and exhausting. Caregivers often find it difficult to know how and when to find time for themselves. This forum, by Vic Mazmanian, Senior Director of Faith Outreach with The Mind Heart Soul Ministry, to be held from 6-8 p.m., Thursday, September 10, will focus on the importance of caregiver self-care.
